Complete flue services was established in 1999 in a small warehouse and office unit in Whitchurch, Hampshire. It soon became apparent that most of the chimney lining and flue installation work we were undertaking was located in and around the London area.
To this end we opened another branch in Surbiton in Surrey to give a base for our London work and to accommodate the large stock of commercial flue products we now needed.
We also incorporated a trade counter area to give our customers the opportunity to collect goods themselves if they wished. Our contract office based at Surbiton can offer a full technical service for the design and installation of both domestic and commercial flue and chimney systems. We have a team of installation engineers employed directly by us. This gives us complete control with regard to meeting client work schedules and deadlines.
All our installation staff have undergone training programmes for high level work and HETAS courses for the installation of solid fuel appliances. The company is also a member of the Safe Contractor scheme and has an ongoing commitment to staff evaluation and training.
We have a dedicated surveying engineer to carry out site surveys and
evaluations, this service is generally offered to the client at no extra cost as we frequently work for consultants/ architects and this service can offer them a one stop solution to the design and installation.
